how long will it take to get my order? what if i need my order quickly?

Our standard dispatch time is 10 business days after order approval. Shipping transit time is additional. Every single order that we do is completely custom, so we need to account for time to source parts if needed, and complete the order. Please note bulk orders may require a longer dispatch time.

If you need an order more quickly, we would be more than happy to try to accommodate you! If you need an order shipped out in 5 business days or less there is a $50 rush fee. If you need an order shipped out in 9 business days or less, there is a $25 rush fee. The reason behind the rush fee is to cover rush shipping for any parts that need to be ordered, overtime for our employees, and skipping the queue. :) Please note that rush orders are filled on a case by case basis, based on the demands of our queue at the time.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept payment via PayPal, credit card, check, and on a case by case basis - bank wire transfer. After the price quote for your order has been approved, then I will send you an invoice along with information to pay via check, and link to pay via PayPal or credit card. If you have any issues or questions, please let me know!


WHY IS THERE A SET UP FEE FOR LOGOS?

There is a $25 set up fee per design/logo. This is a one-time, flat fee, and if you need any more items printed with this logo/design in the future, then the set-up fee would be waived. If you are school or non-profit, please contact us for a reduced set-up fee. If you need a logo/design printed, we will print a sample and send you a photo for approval free of charge before confirming the order. Please expect a 1-3 business day turnaround time for all prototypes.

 

HOW DOES THE ORDERING PROCESS WORK?

1.) Submit request

2.) We will respond within 24-48 hours with any follow up questions.

3.) We will send you a price quote including shipping.

4.) If a logo/design needs to be printed or there is an otherwise special request, then this will be submitted into the prototype queue. Please expect a 1-3 business day turnaround for us to set-up and run the samples, and send you the photo for approval. Standard orders do not require prototypes. Please note that we do not do virtual prototypes at this time.

5.) Once the price quote and prototype (if needed) is approved then the order will be input into the queue, and we will send you the invoice with payment instructions.

6.) Once your order is completed you will receive an email with the tracking information.
